2) MOVE MY BODY DAILY
3) TRY TO EAT WHOLE, FRESH FOODS
4) GET AS MUCH SLEEP AS I CAN
WE ALL KNOW THESE ARE GREAT FOR HEALTH… AND SEEM SO SIMPLE… BUT WHY IS IT SO HARD TO DO THESE 4 THINGS DAILY FOR ME?
I MOVE MY BODY AT LEAST 4 DAYS A WEEK… BUT DEF NOT 7.
I EAT WHOLE FOODS 80% OF THE TIME…
AND I GET OKAY SLEEP…
