Lady Gaga has announced that her Born This Way Foundation and The National Council for Behavioral Health will expand Gaga's teen Mental Health First Aid program to 20 more high schools.
Gaga made the announcement during one of her Las Vegas residency shows accompanied by 16 students who had just completed the program.
"With teen Mental Health First Aid, we like to say, it's okay to not be okay," Gaga said to the crowd. "I know for certain I'm not stopping here. I want the teen Mental Health First Aid program in every school in this country."
The program, which started in 2011, helps teens in grades 10 through 12 deal with mental health issues and also teaches them to identify issues among their friends.
