Benny Blanco just said goodbye to his former New York City bachelor pad!
According to People, the beloved producer listed the Chelsea-based condo in June 2024, and recently sold it for $3.6 million. Blanco bought the space in 2011 for $200,000 less than the closing price. It features three bedrooms and three bathrooms and "underwent an extensive renovation" under his care.
In December 2024, the star moved into a $35 million Beverly Hills estate with his soon-to-be bride Selena Gomez, shortly after announcing they were engaged, per Page Six.
Gomez said yes to forever with Blanco in their backyard, which also happens to be her dream wedding venue.
"Selena envisions it as her and Benny’s forever home. They want to one day tell their kids about their fabulous backyard wedding with their friends and family," a source told OK! Magazine in March.
Keeping with the theme of making major moves together, Blanco and the "Single Soon" songstress released their first-ever joint album, I Said I Love You First, last month.
The adorable duo have slowly dropped details about their big day and are not rushing anything. Gomez hasn't even committed to a wedding date yet but knows she wants her Only Murders in the Building costar, Martin Short, to give a speech when the special day arrives.
"Marty is due to give a speech. I told him he must. Steve [Martin] will probably pull out his banjo, but I feel like Marty would have an epic speech," she remarked during the March 27th episode of The Drew Barrymore Show.
