PHOTOS: Miley Cyrus Looks 'Unrecognizable' In Dramatic Oscars Ensemble

Miley Cyrus graced the 97th annual Academy Awards last night with a brand new look beside boyfriend Maxx Morando.

According to E!News, Cyrus bleached her eyebrows for the storied award show, where she presented the Oscar for Best Sound alongside Miles Teller.

The Hannah Montana alum's updated look was made complete with a high-neck Alexander McQueen dress and bejeweled tea-length gloves. Cyrus posed on the red carpet beside Morando in a matching black suit with jewels on his collar to match her gloves. The adorable pair also attended the Vanity Fair after party where the "Malibu" hitmaker changed into a strapless black dress and switched her hair from old Hollywood waves to cut across bangs, drawing even more attention to her bleached brows.

The star posted a series of snaps from the night to Instagram, quoting the designer who created her stunning gown.

"I don’t think it makes sense to play it safe in these times. The world needs fantasy, not reality. There’s enough reality today," she wrote aside photo and video footage of the one-of-a-kind ensemble.
