Whole Foods is Trying Out Palm Scanning Payment System

Amazon just announced they are trying out palm scanners at one of their Whole Foods stores in Seattle. All customers will have to do is wave their hands above a scanner for a contact-free payment method. This is an initial test run happening at one Seattle store, the company will be rolling the system out to eight stores in Seattle in the next frew months.

To use the palm scanners, customers will give Whole Foods their credit or debit card information and it will then be linked to their palm print.

What do you think about the new system, would you use it if it becomes available nationwide?
