A recent shopping trip to Target sent mom Taylor Garner over the edge. Taylor was looking for new clothes for her son when she was faced with a sea of dinosaur and shark tees and shorts. Garner took to TikTok to express her frustration with the lack of creativity for boys clothing. She begins the video with the text "If I see one more dinosaur, I'm gonna scream." Taylor goes on to say that "The boys' section of every clothing store is going to shark and dinosaur you to death. I mean, how many variations of a T-Rex do boys need? You don't think boys wanna wear something else other than dinosaurs and sharks?" Many parents agreed in the comments that boy sections at clothing stores are lacking fashionable designs and opting instead for basic motifs like sharks, dinosaurs, and construction.
