Selena Gomez loves her some T-Swift. While on Instagram Live on Saturday (September 22), the "Back To You" singer gushed about her bestie Taylor Swift, calling her a "big sister."
"Howโs Taylor? Taylorโs awesome," she said after a fan asked her about the "Bad Blood" singer. "I love her. She's amazing. I just talked to her today. She is literally like my big sister, I tell her everything. She is so smart, it freaks me out."
Hours earlier, Selena re-shared a post from Taylor's Instagram Story, which was of her praising Blake Lively's latest film A Simple Favor. "So we just went to see A Simple Favor,โ Taylor said in the video while sitting beside her dad, Scott Swift. โBest movie, like so incredibleโฆyou gotta go see it, you really do.โ When Selena reshared the post, she captioned a shot of Taylor's video, โSAME!!!โ
While the Hollywood besties both have extremely busy lives, they seem to always make time for one another. For Selena's recent 26th birthday, Taylor baked her a cake even though they were on different coasts (Taylor was in New Jersey for her "Reputation Tour," while Selena was in L.A.)
"Will I let distance stop me from celebrating my best friend's birthday?" Taylor captioned a photo of Selena's homemade birthday cake. "I mean, I could but why would I want 2?" The cake also featured the words, "Gomez or Go Home" and a heart with the number 26 in it.
