He's the satirical "pundit" that is hard to hate, and it seems he is taking over "The Late Show" now! Recently, David Letterman announced his retirement, and it seems Colbert is stepping in. Stephen Colbert is hugely popular among America's youth, so will that popularity transfer over to his new show? Is this move a good idea for Colbert? Will he continue on in character? Will "The Late Show" warrant him the freedom he had on Comedy Central? Or will he have to reign it in a bit? Only time will tell...but until then, are you excited about the news?
